Pale-throated Greenbul Atimastillas flavigula (including soror) is split from Yellow-gorgeted Greenbul (Yellow-throated Leaflove) A. flavicollis based on differences in morphology and vocalizations (del Hoyo & Collar 2016; HBW/BirdLife).
