Change English name of L. javanicus to “Mees’s White-eye” to honor Gerlof Mees’s landmark work on Indo-Austrailia white-eyes. Formerly attributed to Lophozosterops. Note gender agreement. Four species of former Lophozosterops (pinaiae, goodfellowi, squamiceps, javanicus) and former Oculocincta form a separate clade. Subgenus name Apoia is available for this clade. Restore (15.1) "Javan" as the English name adjective to Heleia javanica (Mees's White-eye) with the change of the English name for all members of Heleia from "White-eye" to "Heleia".
