Remarks
Ninox jacquinoti is phylogenetically embedded within Athene and is included in that genus (Salter et al. 2020; see also Gwee et al. 2016). Change English name from Solomons Boobook to West Solomons Owl with the splits of A. granti, A. malaitae and A. roseoaxillaris.
