St. Lucia Wren (Troglodytes mesoleucus) is a species of Wrens (Troglodytidae) in the order Perching Birds (Passerines).

Breeding range: the Nearctic.

Conservation Status

This taxon is listed as Extant (living) in the IOC World Bird List.

Remarks

St. Lucia Wren Troglodytes mesoleucus is split from House Wren Troglodytes aedon s.l. based on ecology, behavior, morphology and vocalizations (Oberholser 1904; Gilardi & John 1998; Wetten 2021). See Chesser et al. (2024).
