Remarks
Reassign Congo Bay Owl from Phodilus to Tyto based on morphology. Shape of facial disc, size of eyes and size of feet and bill are closer to Tyto than to Phodilus (König & Weick 2008). Change English name to Itombwe Owl (König & Weick 2008).
