Restore Sharpe's Starling to the monotypic genus Pholia from Poeoptera (Clements 2022; WGAC 2022). Though sharing the same clade as the three species in Poeoptera (Lovette & Rubenstein 2007), it is basal within that clade and it is phenotypically divergent.
