Remarks
Change English name of Phylloscopus [Seicercus] omeiensis from Omei Warbler to Martens's Warbler (Dickinson 2003; Rheindt 2006; BLI 1.0). Move from Seicercus to Phylloscopus with the merging of the former into the latter (del Hoyo & Collar 2016; Alström et al. 2018).
